1. Massage shiatsu (finger pressure)

This traditional Japanese method works not only with superficial muscles, but also corrects deep-seated muscles and their long-standing tightness. It works with the acupuncture pathways and points to restore the natural flow of vital energy, thus establishing an energetic balance in the body through the pressure of the fingers, hands, elbows, knees or feet. The effects of shiatsu are very relaxing and strengthening at the same time. The basic principle of shiatsu is simple - the therapist helps the person being massaged to connect with the healing ability of their own body, thus restoring their health. This work affects not only the physical, but also the emotional and mental state of the person being treated.

Effects and uses of the massage pad

Of course, an electric pad will never replace a direct massage by a therapist, but it certainly can relax stiff muscles and provide relief from pain in the lumbar, thoracic or cervical spine, shoulders and limbs, improve blood circulation to muscles and remove toxins from the body. It can be used not only in case of difficulties, but also as a preventive and relaxing treatment.

Description

The pad is equipped with 6 automatic massage modes, infrared heating, the ability to change the direction of massage and three levels of intensity. We recommend to start the massage with the lowest level.

The pad contains 2 parts - a larger one with massage modes, infrared heating and control, and a smaller pad with jade stones and a heating spiral (used for increased comfort, as a support for the cervical spine, warms the muscles and jade enhances the effects of the massage). The pictures show how you can use the device on different parts of the body.

The pad has intelligent inductive protection and automatically switches off after 15 minutes to prevent overloading and overheating of the device.

Instructions for use

The instrument is equipped with 6 buttons, arranged vertically from top to bottom:

5. safety protection against overheating
6. automatic massage mode (6 functions)

If you want to use both devices at the same time, connect them to each other with the appropriate connectors, you can also connect them with Velcro. For the power supply, connect the appropriate connector to the mains cable and plug it into the socket. Then press button number 1 to switch on. During the massage you can adjust the modes, intensity and switch on the heating. If you want to use the devices separately, do not connect them to each other, but connect the pad currently in use using only the connector with the mains cable. You can switch the device off at any time or it will automatically switch itself off after 15 minutes. Do not leave the device plugged in when not in use.

After the massage, rest and replenish your fluid intake.

Use is not appropriate:

in the case of medical conditions such as heart and vascular disease, venous thrombosis, swelling, implanted cardiac defibrillator, high blood pressure, cancer, recent post-traumatic or post-surgical conditions. Always consult your physician for use in these cases. The device is not suitable for pregnant women.
Do not use immediately after eating.
