Shipping and Payment options

Shipping to the point of dispatch

You can pick up your shipment at the drop-off point you choose during the ordering process. When ordering in the e-shop, you will choose the delivery method to the delivery point and you will be redirected to a list of delivery points in your country. You select the desired address and confirm your selection. After the parcel has been forwarded for shipment, you will receive information with a tracking number by text message. Once the package is at the drop-off point, the carrier will send you a text message notification and password and you have 7 days to collect it.

The shipping price includes fuel surcharges and insurance for the value of the goods.

Please note that the delivery time may be extended before Christmas.

Sending to the address

We can also deliver directly to your address (home, work…)

When ordering in the e-shop, choose the option “Home delivery HD”, fill in the address and the parcel will be sent to the desired address by courier. The courier will inform you by phone about the approximate date of delivery.

Payment in cash upon personal collection – the shipment can be picked up in person at Schovaná 4247, 468 01 Jablonec nad Nisou – Kokonín after prior telephone agreement at +420 732 703 435 or contact us by e-mail: info@familyrelax.cz, we will arrange the handover date with you. 

Payment by bank transfer – you will receive payment instructions with account number to your e-mail. The variable symbol is the order number. We will send you the goods after the amount is credited to your account or after you send us a confirmation of payment.

Payment by credit card – you will be redirected to a payment gateway to make the payment. We will send you the goods after the amount is credited to your account or after you send us confirmation of payment.
