Goods selection

On the website: http://www.familyrelax.cz you can search by entering the product name in the search box or by using the categories under which you can find a specific product.

Ordering options

1. On-line ordering on the website

Add to cart, fill out order form and submit order

After adding items to the shopping cart, use the cart icon on the top right or the view cart box next to the product to get to the order form, where you can check the order or modify it. Here you fill in the delivery and billing details, choose the shipping option and payment method (for more information and prices, see the Shipping section), and submit the order after agreeing to the terms and conditions. Your order will then be confirmed by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, the order has not been registered in the system and you must create it again or contact us by e-mail: [email protected] or by phone at +420 732 703 435.

2. Order by e-mail

If you wish to place an order by e-mail, please contact us via [email protected], please specify the exact type of goods and number of pieces, the chosen method of transport, your delivery address including telephone number, or billing address for purchases made to a company or institution (company name, address, VAT number). If you choose delivery to a point of delivery, please select the delivery address or delivery point number on the carrier's website. Also write the method of payment, whether cash on delivery (only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia) or by bank transfer, then the bank details will be sent to you by email. More information and prices can be found in the Shipping section. The goods will then be sent to you by the desired shipping service.

3. Order by phone

Ordering is also possible by phone, you will specify the exact type of goods and number of pieces, the chosen method of transport, your delivery address including phone number, or billing address when buying for a company or institution (company name, address, VAT ID number). You will also indicate the method of payment, whether cash on delivery (only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia) or by bank transfer, then the bank details will be sent to you by e-mail or by text message, as agreed. More information and prices can be found in the section Transportation. Then the goods will be sent to you by the requested shipping service.

The ordered goods will be sent to you as soon as possible by the shipping method of your choice, you will be informed by e-mail about the removal and handover to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number for the possibility of tracking the shipment. Upon delivery to the drop-off point, the carrier will contact you by text message and send you a password to pick up the package.

4. Visit to the showroom

The goods can be purchased and personally tried on in our showroom at Schovaná 4247, 468 01 Jablonec nad Nisou - Kokonín. If you have any problems with finding the shop, do not hesitate to contact us by phone on +420 732 703 435, we will gladly guide you to your destination, Schovaná street is not called J for nothing.

Complaint - damaged goods have arrived - procedure

Check the package when you receive it and if you find damaged packaging - immediately notify the carrier, who should take a photo documentation, we recommend you to take photos and you do not have to take the package. It will be returned to us by the carrier. Please inform us if you do not take delivery of the goods. If you do take delivery and the goods are damaged, please also contact us and we will arrange further action. We can collect the goods from you in the Czech Republic and Slovakia at our own expense - after agreement with us, just take them carefully packed back to the dispatch point where we will arrange free dispatch to our address - no need to fill in anything, the shipping label will be ready for the courier or dispatch point. If the item was paid for by bank transfer or credit card, please provide your bank account for the refund and your order number.

If you send the goods by post, do not forget to enclose a covering letter in which you describe the defect in detail and provide a contact for you - address and telephone number, or an account number where we can refund the money if you do not request an exchange for new goods.

The original packaging is not necessary for the claim, but it is advisable to carry the goods in it and then pack the goods carefully and safely for shipment.
