Protection of customers' personal data
The company Family Relax s.r.o., with its registered office at Fibichova 234/6, 46606 Jablonec nad Nisou, ID No.: 10920048, VAT No.: CZ10920048, is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section C, Insert 47212, hereinafter also referred to as "We", as the administrator of personal data, informs you as users and customers of the online store www.familyrelax.cz about the collection of personal data and privacy policy described below.

The operator - seller proceeds with the processing of personal data of the buyer, who is a natural person, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), Act No 101/2000 Coll, 480/2004 b., on certain information society services, Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and other legislation governing the protection of personal data.
1.1 The Buyer agrees to the processing of the following personal data: name and surname, home address, e-mail address, telephone number. In the case of a purchase as a legal entity, also the company name, identification number, tax identification number (hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data").
1.2 The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the Seller for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations under the Purchase Agreement, for the purpose of maintaining the User Account and for the purpose of sending information and commercial communications to the Buyer.
1.3.The Buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to provide his personal data (during registration, in his user account, when placing an order from the web interface of the shop) correctly and truthfully and that he is obliged to inform the Seller without undue delay of any change in his personal data.
1.4 Data about your activities, your purchases (necessary to ensure delivery of goods, handling of complaints, etc.) are stored in a secure database and are not disclosed to third parties. Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period of time. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in hard copy in a non-automated manner.
1.5 The Buyer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he/she has been informed that this is a voluntary provision of personal data.
1.6 In the event that the Buyer believes that the Seller carries out processing of his personal data that is contrary to the protection of the Buyer's private and personal life or contrary to the law, in particular if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, he may:
1.6.1. Ask the Seller for an explanation
1.6.2. Require the Seller to remedy the condition thus created. In particular, this may involve blocking, correcting, supplementing or destroying personal data. If the Buyer's request pursuant to the preceding sentence is found to be justified, the Seller shall immediately remove the defective condition. If the Seller does not comply with the request, the Buyer has the right to contact the Data Protection Authority directly. This provision shall be without prejudice to the Buyer's right to address his complaint directly to the Data Protection Authority.
1.7 If the buyer requests information about the processing of his personal data, the seller is obliged to provide him with this information.
1.8 The Buyer consents to the sending of information related to the Seller's goods, services or business to the Buyer's electronic address and further consents to the sending of commercial communications by the Seller to the Buyer's electronic address.
1.9 The customer may withdraw his/her consent to the storage and processing of personal data or to the sending of commercial communications at any time by sending an email message to [email protected] or notify the Seller by telephone.
1.10 The Buyer agrees to receive information related to the Seller's goods, services or business at the Buyer's electronic address and further agrees to receive commercial communications from the Seller at the Buyer's electronic address.
1.11. The Buyer agrees to the storage of cookies on his/her computer. In the event that the purchase on the website can be made and the seller's obligations under the purchase contract can be fulfilled without storing cookies on the buyer's computer, the buyer may withdraw the consent according to the previous sentence at any time.
2. Processing of children's personal data
Our website is not intended for persons under the age of 16. We do not process personal data of children under 16 years of age.
3. Scope of processing of personal data
When using the services of the www.familyrelax.cz online shop, you may be asked to fill in certain information about yourself or your company. This information may include, but is not limited to:
- your name and surname
- company name
- address or registered office of the company
- identification number and tax identification number
- phone number
- e-mail address

4. Purpose of processing
4.1 We use the information you provide to us to contact you back and provide you with the information you have requested or for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations. All personal data is processed in a lawful and transparent manner and only proportionate, relevant and necessary data is requested in relation to the purpose of the processing.
4.2 In addition, we may use your name, surname and email address to send you commercial communications, i.e. to inform you about events, publications or services we provide that we think may be of interest to you. The provision of personal data for the purposes of performing a contract and the provision of personal data for the purposes of responding to your enquiries or information requested by you is a contractual requirement of ours and failure to provide it may result in a failure to enter into a contract or to respond to your enquiries.
4.3 You can refuse the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications at any time and this will not affect our other relationships. Simply send us an email with the relevant request to [email protected]. You can easily unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications by adjusting your user profile settings or by using the unsubscribe link directly in the email from which you received commercial communications from us. We also determine your satisfaction with your purchase through e-mail questionnaires as part of the Customer Verified program in which our e-shop is involved. These are sent to you every time you make a purchase with us, unless you refuse to receive them in accordance with Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires within the framework of the Verified by Customers programme is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists in determining your satisfaction with your purchase with us. We use a processor, the operator of the Heureka.cz portal, to send you questionnaires, evaluate your feedback and analyse our market position; we may pass on information about the goods you have purchased and your e-mail address for these purposes. Your personal data is not passed on to any third party for its own purposes when sending email questionnaires. You can object to the sending of email questionnaires within the framework of the Customer Verified programme at any time by rejecting further questionnaires using the link in the email with the questionnaire. If you object, we will not send you the questionnaire any further.
5. Who has access to your personal data
Your personal data will be processed by us as the controller. We may transfer your personal data to our business partners for the above purposes to carry out the processing for us. Personal data may be transferred to:
- external auditing and accounting firms
- external law firm
- processors who provide server, cloud or IT services for us or who are their business partners
- transport service operators
- to the operator of the Heureka.cz portal under the above conditions
- entities involved in the supply of goods or services or involved in making payments under the contract
6. Duration of processing of personal data
We will process your personal data for as long as we provide you with our services or perform a mutual contract, but for no longer than seven years or for as long as there are legal grounds for doing so. We will also process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling archiving obligations under applicable legislation, such as the Accounting Act, the Archives and Records Act or the Value Added Tax Act. We will delete the personal data after the retention period has expired.

You have the following rights in relation to our processing of your personal data:
- the right of access to personal data

- the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- the right to restriction of data processing
- the right to object to processing

8. Personal data security conditions
We declare that we have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data. We declare that only persons authorised by us have access to personal data.
9. Final Provisions
By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are aware of the terms of the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety. The controller is entitled to change these terms and conditions. It will publish the new version of the privacy policy on its website and in its premises. It will also send you the new version of these terms and conditions to the email address you have provided to the controller.
10. Cookies
In order to improve the service we provide to you, our site uses cookies. Cookies are small files that store information in your browser and are commonly used to distinguish individual users. However, a user's person is not identifiable based on this information. Cookies thus help, for example:
