PPL Conditions of Carriage

PPL is a parcel service that usually delivers parcels within 24 hours of handing them over to a courier in the Czech Republic and within 2-3 days to Slovakia between Monday and Friday. Please note that the delivery time will be extended before Christmas.

Delivery times are usually between 8.00 and 18.00. The courier will contact you by phone or text for an approximate delivery time. Unfortunately, a specific delivery time is not possible, it is an external company depending on the quantity of shipments and the route, but we can convey your request to the driver via a note in the transport order.

The operator will make one attempt to deliver to the recipient's address, in case of non-delivery the parcel may be deposited at the nearest PPL Parcelshop.

The carrier will contact you a total of 3 times, after which the parcel will be returned to us. You can reroute your shipment to another address by using the tracking number on the carrier's website or by contacting the courier. The maximum weight of shipments is 31.5 kg and the maximum amount of COD is 200 thousand CZK.

PPL Private delivery to the address cash on delivery - payment of the goods in cash or by card on delivery to the courier CZK 130,-.

The Customer acknowledges that the provision of the PPL PARCEL CZ PRIVATE service is associated with a number of external factors, many of which are beyond the control of the operator, such as traffic and weather conditions.

Delivery to PPL Parcelshop: 70,- CZK when paying by bank transfer or credit card.

Delivery to PPL Parcelshop cash on delivery - payment of goods in cash or by card upon receipt of the shipment 100,- CZK.

PPL Parcelshop means a place (shop, third-party establishment or PPL's own facility) which, in addition to its core business, enables the receipt and dispatch of PPL parcels. Delivery to the PPL Service Point network can be selected (more information at www.ppl.cz/vydejni-mista). A PIN is required from the recipient to collect the parcel from the PPL Service Point. This PIN is sent to the recipient by e-mail. It is possible to change the delivery disposition online. Electronic delivery confirmation. Automatic notification to the recipient, which includes email and SMS communication with information about the approximate delivery time within 2 hours. Cash on delivery from the recipient by credit card or cash. Maximum amount of cash on delivery up to CZK 200,000. Payment by credit card and cash cannot be combined.
