This special body monochord is a high-end musical instrument made to be placed directly on a person's body. The bottom of the instrument is anatomically shaped and the monochord can be placed either on the back or also on the client's chest and abdomen. Thus, an incredible stream of vibrations will flow through his body, guided only by the intuition of the player, he will experience a feeling of relaxation, stop and immerse himself in his own self, his body and soul will be harmonized. It is especially suitable for music therapy, wellness centres, rehabilitation centres, in retirement homes or special school facilities.

A special Czech-made monochord made of noble domestic and exotic woods, which have excellent resonance and vibration properties. It is a Czech handmade instrument by a master who has created a unique instrument with many years of experience, which has a soul and thus certainly has a positive effect on people.
Monochord tuning, strings and coloured beads
The special monochord for the body contains a total of 39 strings in tuning: F D C Bb; G - 21x, G - BASS one octave lower - 7x, D - 7x. In addition, the instrument is equipped with a unique feature - a brass fingerboard, thanks to which you get 5 strings with the sound of an enchanting tanpura. The guitar pick is removable so you can use the instrument with the captivating sounds of this traditional Indian instrument or classically without the pick (after removing the brass pick, the instrument must be tuned according to the tuning shown above). Tuning is done with the included tuning knob. Use a chromatic tuner, it is also possible to download a tuning app. The beads should be placed approximately on center and the crank very gently tightened (left) or loosened (right) to the desired tone. For easier tuning and resolution of the strings, high quality beads are used, again made in the Czech Republic.

Rezonanční deska je vyrobena výhradně z masivního dřeva – z javoru, který má skvělé rezonanční vlastnosti a je používaný například při výrobě kytar. Velmi záleží na použití vhodných a kvalitních dřev při výrobě hudebního nástroje, správně vybraný materiál určuje kvalitu zvuku a tím zvyšuje i terapeutické účinky, které jsou podstatou použití těchto nástrojů. Zpracování, použitý materiál i lidská práce, do které umělec dává své srdce, je odrazem kvalitních hudebních nástrojů, které mají vliv na čistotu zvuku, sílu vibrací a tím i účinek na nás samé.
