How does the Delivery Service work?

• In the shopping cart, select shipping to the delivery point of the Mailroom.

• Use the dispensary finder to find one that's close at hand. More than 4,000 outlets and Z-BOX self-service, contactless outlets are at your disposal.

• Orders usually arrive at the delivery point the next day.

• Once the order is ready at the selected drop-off point, Zásilkovna will send you an information e-mail and an SMS with a password for pick-up.

• You just need to report the password at the point of dispensing. You can send anyone to pick up your parcel - just give them the password.

• You can pay any cash on delivery directly at the point of delivery, either in cash or by card.

• To find out where your order is, simply visit Shipment tracking.

• You have 7 days to pick up your parcel.

• We recommend downloading the mobile app Zásilkovna, where you can track the movement of your shipment, extend your storage time up to 21 days or pay COD.

• Returning goods is easy with Zásilkovna: just enter your return in the mobile app or use the sticker that will be sent to you in the parcel. Then take the parcel to the nearest Zásilkovna drop-off point and you're done!
